The white Cuvée Compleo by cellarmaster Fabio Montalbano is an aromatic but by no means obtrusive all-rounder. It is an ideal aperitif wine, but also harmonises with light dishes. As light-heartedly fruity as the refined Mariage of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay comes across, it already lets us dream a little of the approaching spring.
